- Additional Info:BBB has received a pattern of complaints from customers stating that by purchasing promotional earbuds online through an advertisement on facebook, customers were automatically signed up for an membership that takes $9.95 automatically out of customers bank accounts (and or) charging their credit cards monthly without their knowledge. Customers had no recollection that this was the case at the time of purchase as there was no information ahead of purchase.
In July 2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging it to address the pattern of complaints. As of today's date, BBB has had no response.
