          On September 27, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to VinSeeker requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.  As of October 24, 2024 we have received no response from Vinseeker.com.

          BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.
