Jordan Hildalgo President of Modern Pools, was arrested August 22, 2024 and charged with a felony to failing or refusing to perform work as paid for. (Case #CF24-07995 Pinellas County Sixth Judicial Court 14250 49th St N, Clearwater, FL 33762).
From May 1, 2022, and October 12, 2022 Mr. Hidalgo receive money for repair, restoration, addition, improvement, or construction of the residential real property in excess of the work performed and failed or refused to perform any work for a 90—day period or for any period that was mutually agreed upon, and the total money received exceeded the value of, the work performed is $20,000 or more, but less than $200,000.
