We have taken EVERY opportunity and made EVERY effort possible to inform and support the small businesses who have applied for funding through Fountainhead. Unfortunately, the amount of misinformation regarding this new program is running rampant across the web and borrowers do not understand the process of underwriting these loans regardless of our efforts to educate on a consistent basis through multiple emails a week as well as FAQ pages, help videos, support ticket system and additional call center staff.
In "normal" times our staff typically closes 10-15 loans a month. During these unprecedented times, our team has closed over 120,000 PPP loans (as of this typing) for $1.57B funded in just a few short months. We estimate that our team's efforts have saved approximately 287,000 American jobs.........................
We will continue to educate and support all small businesses who apply for assistance through the end of this program which will conclude in just a few weeks................................
