          BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging they signed a reservation agreement with I9tecc however the company did not meet their completion date or years has passed and construction has not been completed. Some consumers further allege that after submitting a cancellation request they have not received their refund.

          On July 6,2021 BBB sent correspondence to I9tecc requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.
