On September 10th 2019, BBB sent correspondence to Paycargo Holding, LLC requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer generally.
The company provided a written response to BBB on November 21,2019 that stated the following "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the generally on the annual user fee. To put things into a bit of perspective, our platform has 20k plus users whom have taken the time to read and understood our Terms & Conditions and the fees associated with same. We understand that a very small number of customers do not take the time and effort to do the same, so we are looking at how we can improve the ability of a potential customer to understand the agreement they are signing to use our financial solution. For your records and consideration, I have attached a copy of our Terms & Conditions, which are presented to each customer at the time that they register online and are required to acknowledge by clicking on a "Consent" to Terms & Conditions before they can receive login credentials to use the PayCargo System. The Terms and Conditions are also available on every single page of our website at the bottom under "Terms and Condition.
Customers have the ability to "Download" the Terms and Conditions as well. You will notice that the Annual User fee is described under Term 10.6
As well as disclosed under Exhibit D, PayCargo Program Fee Schedule:
every user receives 30 days before we invoice them informing them that the billing is approaching along with the invoice. They have over30 days to contact our Support team to discuss their account with us"
On February 27th 2020 BBB reviewed its most recent generally and determined that the pattern of generally has not been eliminated. BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.
