Refund and Exchange Policy

You must call for anRMA number before making any return! To return or exchange a part thatis unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and is in originalundamaged packaging, you must call our Customer Service departmentwithin 14 calendar days of receiving the item to generate a ReturnMerchandise Authorization (RMA) number (determined by UPS Trackinginfo). Failure to notify us within 14 days will forfeit your right to arefund or an exchange. Items returned without an RMA number or using anexpired RMA number will be refused. All returns will be assessed a 20%restocking fee. Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled,in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will becredited less the 20% restocking fee and associated outbound freightcosts. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or not inoriginal product packaging or damaged, will not be credited and the itemwill be returned to the customer if requested, at the customer'sexpense. We do not accept RMA requests through email, fax, or voice mailmessage. All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt,explanation of the problem and Return Merchandise Agreement Numbermarked clearly on the outside of the package the returned product isshipped in. Items that fail or are damaged due to customer abuse,negligence, or improper installation techniques are not returnable underany circumstances, so please take care of the parts while they are inyour possession. All Returns must have the RMA number clearly displayedon the return shipping label. Do not write the RMA number on theoriginal product package and take care to properly prepare package forshipping back to us. Failure to do so may result in assessing thecustomer an additional rebox fee for original product package damage. Itis the customer's responsibility to insure the package and retrieve atracking number with signature requirement from the carrier to protectfrom loss. Damaged, lost, or missing claims must be made with thecarrier.

SHIPPING:
Thecustomer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with thereturn or exchange. This includes the original freight cost to thecustomer. Merchandise shipping with Free Shipping will have this cost ofthe shipment deducted from the credit being issued to the sale. It isthe customer's responsibility to insure the package and retrieve atracking number with signature requirement from the carrier to protectfrom loss. Damaged, lost, or missing claims must be made with thecarrier.

RMA NUMBER FOR RETURNS:

ARMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must bewritten on the outside shipping carton. Please call us to obtain anRMA Return Authorization Number for the return of a product and returnshipment instructions.

Returned Merchandise Procedure:
Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton.
Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearlyon the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned tosender.
Returnable items must be received by KLM Performance Inc. within 14days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined bythe applicable Tracking info)
Returned product must be in new, non used, non installed, re-saleablecondition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals,etc.
Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion,credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 20% may be assessed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

Product has been installed and/or used
Product Ordered was a custom made order.
Thefollowing items are Non-Returnable items - Brake Lines, Tuners,Programmers, Electrical Components, All ARP Fasteners If The FactoryPackaging is Broken any Emission Related Component.

Any and Or All items Listed as Closeouts or Garage Sale Items.
Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used.Product is shipped back without the original box, manual and/or parts.
Seal on electrical parts is broken and product has been opened.
Product serial number does not match that of which was originally shipped to buyer.
Product is deemed not resell able by KLM Performance Inc. due to customers own actions in dealing with the product.

RMA NUMBER EXPIRATION:
RMA numbers expire 14 days after the date on which they are issued. This 14 day period is based on calendar days.

REFUSED OR REJECTED ORDERS:
Shipmentsrefused by you the customer and returned back to us will carry anautomatic 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred for thisorder will be deducted from the total credit owed.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS and RMA RETURNS:
UnauthorizedReturns or Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that aremis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, will not be 'tracked down'and are not the responsibility of KLM Performance Inc.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certainparts are not returnable, including but not limited to and or installeditems, electrical items, programmers, ARP fasteners where the packaging has been opened, emissions equipment, brake lines,open fuel filters, opened air filters and or closeouts are allconsidered a final sale and are Non Returnable Items.
