  In November 2023, BBB contacted Unike Nutra regarding claims in its advertising. As of June 2024, the business developed a new website to replace its original site. 
  
  Its previous and current website and other online advertising include many health benefit claims related to its products and product ingredients.  According to the BBB Code of Advertising, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.  For medicinal and therapeutic claims or claims to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any illness or disease, scientific clinical evidence from human clinical trials is preferred to support these claims.  Below is a sample of some of the health benefit claims in its advertising. 
  "Strengthening of immune system"

  "Enhances sperm maturation, mobility, count, volume, and fertility, Improves prostate function"

However, BBB informed the business that advertisers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of claims made by made by any manufacturer of the products that they are selling on their website, particularly in the case of health benefit claims. The business did not provide substantiation or remove or modify these claims.
