The statement "Today, utilizing our in-store, state of the art finishing labs, LensesOnly specializes in lens replacements, giving our customers the option to put new, high-quality digital lenses in their existing frames for 50% less than other retailers" appears at its website. Despite an advertiser's best efforts to ascertain competitive prices, it is impossible to keep a constant and up-to-date tally of all product prices from all competitors. This is a claim that can be tested and proven true or false. The business did not respond to BBB or discontinue or modify the claim.
Its return policy states "If at any time within the first 30 days after purchase, your lens or eyeglasses frame and lens purchase satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return them for replacement, exchange or store/web credit if you prefer, with your proof of purchase."
