Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the purchase in order to return it.
Returns
Once an item of purchase is purchased by you, you can return that item within 15 days of purchase given that you have provided Us the opportunity to rectify the situation. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must not have been delivered to you. Our return policy does not apply to services purchased through a third party. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Please contact the seller in order to obtain a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of purchase for the item returned, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. All refund requests must occur and be documented by Asset Defense Team within 15 days from the date purchase and be tied to a specific marketing promotion. After the 3 day return window, any sales that result from marketing promotions ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. There will be no exceptions made to this policy and all other refund requests will be denied.
