      I am so appalled at the service I have received in the service ***** my initial visit was to tint my windows so as to not get sunburnt. It was added to my purchase. I took it in and after driving it for a fe weeks I took it back up because the sun was still coming in, when I took it back, they said the sides were done but not the windshield. That was another day of my time. Mind you, I live at least an 1 1/2-2 hrs away. My latest experience is so so wrong. I told the service **** up front that I was going on an extended vacation and just wanted my car to be tuned up. They couldnt give me a loaner and couldnt take me home(only as far as castle rock). I was shuttled to the mall awaiting a call. I received a call from **************(who was in charge of my vehicle) he went thru all the things that were recommended and it was a big chunk of cash. I have all the communications in emails and texts. I declined tire rotation /balancing cuz I couldnt afford everything (around $1,500). I had mentioned a sound I had heard and asked to check. He said they didnt hear it. As I started car, it was still there, when I picked up car it took a while then they just acted like they wanted me to leave, customer service/being satisfied was avoided. I didnt itemize my **** or look till I got home. Firstly, it was very confusing and didnt have clear prices and balances. It had the tire rotation/balancing on there(which I declined), it had listed an air filter that they didnt have. Nobody told me that I wohave to make another appointment for that. They couldnt fit me in until 2-3 wks later. This was my trip time, ultimately, my husband got the part and put in. Something that they charge $200 or so for only cost like $36. Also, they put down that car was complimentary washed/vacuumed-far from that.I had explained at the check in that I was a veteran with a head injury and might need things clarified. These dates can be found on my emails so they may be off a tad. I called the next day for *****, he was busy and the operator said she would relay the message that I wanted clarification. After days I called again, then texted. I finally got a write to that didnt make since and 1 call from *****. It just so happened to be the day I went into hospital, which he said he would call the following day. I was in hospital with a-flutter, had a cardiovergin and went home the following day. No call. I started calling emailing different individuals, thinking that going up the chain would final get some sort of explanation. No call, no reply(this all occurred in Aug), since then. I emailed the serve dep head twice and the second time my email was returned, maybe I was blocked? I never got the part they said they didnt have and the man hours. I do not know what they did(if anything) to my vehicle and if they charged me for missing part/labor. I am so taken aback by the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service that I thought could be resolved. I feel I tried my best to get a resolution and understanding of my service, but nothing. Nothing at all- no call, no text, no email. Nothing since aug, and its dec now. I called BBB, they arent accredited by and was told to still write a complaint. I dont know what to do. This has beetle worst experience I have ever had. I thought going out of the springs would be better. Sales, they were awesome. Service worst I have ever had or heard of. It isnt right at all and now I have nothing good to say bout Schomp again shame on their service **** and lack of satisfying the customer. I believe I also got ripped off by the outrageous service rate, that Im not even sure were fulfilled.
