On November 18, 2021, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints against Trippy Seats from consumers regarding billing, delivery, and customer service. Consumers allege ordering items from the website and not receiving the correct items or any items at all, but they're being charged immediately after placing the order. Consumers allege that they have difficulty reaching out to Trippy Seats' customer support, and when they do, they are not being assisted. Consumers claim that no refunds have been provided.
