- Additional Info:United Glassware & China Company on August 21, 2008 purchased certain assets of the Galasource Company. The assets have been purchased out of foreclosure from a 3rd party lender. The sale did not include the Galasource Company, only assets related to the company website. The Galasource entity and its prior ownership maintain complete responsibility for all company liabilities including returns, damages, purchase orders and all other sales related activity prior to August 21, 2008. United Glassware did not retain in any capacity the prior owner or management personnel from the Galasource Company.
United Glassware also owns The Restaurant Source, a restaurant supply and equipment company located in Denver, Colorado since 1951.
