- Additional Info:In November, 2022, BBB investigated Ragarciao’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by large volume of complaints, and scam tracker reports. Many of the consumers ordered products from the business and never received the product or a refund. The business has appeared to change over time as well, starting from Halloween décor to now selling bridal items.
On 12/15/2022, BBB confirmed by, mail returned, and the El Paso County Assessor that the address/location where Ragarciao claims to be located is not real.
On 12/14/2022, BBB checked the websitehttps://www.ragarciao.com/ to determine when it was created and where it was registered. The website was created on 7/27/2022 and is registered in Reykjavik. The website uses stock photos/stolen photos for all its bridal products.
