- Additional Info:In October 2019, BBB investigated Happy Face Auto's business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer complaints and reports about the business submitted via Scam Tracker. Consumers reported buying what the business claimed online to be seized vehicles, boats and construction equipment. After making the purchase online with promises of free shipping within the US, consumers reported no longer being able to contact the business and not receiving a refund. BBB reached out to the business about our concerns with their business practices on November 18th, 2019. To date, the BBB has received no response.
