On December 8, 2020, TT Travel & Investment Inc entered into a Cease and Desist Order with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. The order settles allegations that the business engaged in the business of money transmission in California without first obtaining a license or being an agent of a person licensed or exempt from licensure. Under terms of the order, the business must cease and desist from engaging in the business of money transmission in California unless and until it obtains a license from the Commissioner.
This action is final.
