On June 15, 2022, OC Home Entertainment.com entered into a Cease and Desist Order with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. The Order settles allegations that the business unlawfully engaged in the business of money transmission. Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from engaging in the business of money transmission in California.
This action is final.
