Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds up to 30 days after the purchase date. All returns are subject to a percentage-based restocking fee.
To start a return, please visit log in to your account on our website. Under the orders tab, you will see an option to return items on the right hand side of the screen. Click to proceed and follow the instructions on screen. If you do not have an account, you may contact us at support@highflowfuel.com with your order number to start your return.
For exchanges, please contact support with your request.
Because of misuse or abuse of our policies, we reserve the right to refuse a return request for any reason. If your return is approved, we will email you with return instructions. Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed. Unfortunately, Quantum is not responsible for repair costs, towing costs, or storage costs related to a failed part.Quantum Warranty Information
All Quantum brand products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Quantum products that fail at any time will be replaced under warranty if it is determined that the failure was due to a defect in workmanship or material. Some exclusions may apply, see product pages for specific warranty information.
This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable. Improper use or installation of the product voids this warranty, and Quantum is not responsible for incidental costs resulting from failure of the product.
In the unlikely event that you should need to request a warranty, please fill out our Warranty Request Form. All requests will be reviewed within 24 business hours. You will receive tracking information via email when your warranty replacement is shipped. If there is an issue with your request, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you. Please note, in some cases, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of their warranty replacement.
