The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven:
On March 20, 2017 the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) filed an Accusation and Petition to Revoke Probation against Complete Auto Repair & Glass. The action follows a Disciplinary Order that became effective on September 30, 2015. According to the Order Complete Auto Repair's BAR license was revoked, however the revocation was stayed and Complete Auto Repair was placed on a three year probation. The March 20, 2017 action seeks that Complete Auto Repair's probation be revoked for the company's failure to abide by the stipulation to obey all laws outlined in the terms of its probation.
