On July 7, 2016 the Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) filed an order against Brian William Barringer (Barringer) doing business as Barringer Investments & Property Management and Barringer IPM seeking revocation of license no. 01435948 after a BRE audit determined that he committed trust fund violations. Barringer’s license was revoked but a restricted broker license was approved and he cannot reapply for an unrestricted license for two years.
