Refund and Exchange Policy
24 hour notice is required for any cancellation of any lesson or activity. If you do not give a 24 hour notice, you will be charged the entire amount for the reserved time period. Semi-private and parent/tot classes must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the first lesson.
We reserve the right to decline service or stop a lesson for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions.
While we believe you will be completely satisfied with our instructors, if you feel you would like to discontinue lessons, you can cancel your lessons at any time. We may not be able to refund your payment for the remaining swim lessons.
Reimbursements that meet the above qualifications will be issued within 30 days of notice.
Semi-private and parent/tot classes are booked for a full month at a time, consecutive dates, and cannot cross months. There are no make-up lessons for missed classes.
Packages for James Lemos Swim Center are only good until the end of the current swim season
Packages at James Lemos Swim Center or Concordia are non-transferable to other locations. Packages for In Shape may be transferred to other In Shape locations.
Payment is due at the time of booking for lessons at In Shape or Concordia are paid online only. Front desk staff and instructors will not accept payments. James Lemos Swim Center payments are made on location at the front desk
