          According to BBB files, records show that the company has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers alleging being charged upfront fees to be enrolled in a mortgage relief program. In 2010 the Federal Trade Commission published the Mortgage Assistance Relief Services Rule (MARS) that outlawed advanced fee mortgage relief programs. On December 3, 2018 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.
