On May 23, 2022 BBB informed the business that certain claims on their website might violate the BBB Code of Advertising. Specifically, according to a consumer, a sign posted at the company's 5739 Calle Real location states, "Foot massage, $20/hr.” The consumer informed us that when they asked for that service, they were told it was only available from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. We noticed that the same offer is made on their webpage, but does include the requisite time frame.
Since the sign posted at the aforementioned location does not include the requisite time frame, this advertising is in violation of the Better Business Bureau's Code of Advertising. Code of Advertising Section 19.3 states, in part, "An advertiser must not use nor permit the use of the following bait scheme practices:

BBB followed up with multiple requests for substantiation, but as of June 14, 2022 the company had declined to respond.
