On August 5th 2020 the Department of Justice filed an indictment against Dr. John Michael Korzelius, a physician at ChiroMed Health Center and Justin Douglas Cozart, a member of ChiroMed Health Center. Charges filed allege respondents engaged in a variety of narcotics related offenses, including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, distribution of fentanyl, and money laundering.The matter is pending.
