Charges filed allege the business is in violation of the FTC Act prohibiting deceptive representations that defendants are highly likely to obtain loan modification for consumers, deceptive representations regarding confirmation for loan modification programs, deceptive representations regarding affiliation with the Government or other Entities, advance payments for Mortgage Assistance Relief Services, prohibited representations regarding consumer communications with lender, material misrepresentations regarding aspects of business’ services, failure to disclose in general commercial communications, and failure to disclose in consumer-specific commercial communications.
