For all patients treated at the Alternative Medicine Center - Spa Nature Health, there will be no refund of 100% of the procedure if it is a cancellation of the patient. This applies to non-invasive body contouring procedures (non-invasive laser lypo, cryolipolysis, cavitation, emslim, 4D hifu, lipolytic enzymes, endospheres, hydrafacial) or weight loss programs. It also applies to patients treated in alternative medicine.
It is an obligation of every face-to-face patient to read this information.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nature-health.net and send your item to: 35 North B st, San Mateo, CA 94401, United States.
