          According to BBB files, this company is in the business of steam cleaning. Our records show that the company has a pattern of complaints concerning service and sales practice issues. Consumers allege that they bought prepaid cleaning service vouchers, and each time that the customers scheduled an appointment the business did not show up at the appointment. Consumers allege that this process continues over and over until the coupon reaches its expiration date, never receiving the service that was paid for.
