This is the THIRD filing to BBB regarding Zumper. As stated in previous complaints, Zumper wrongly charged my account and has yet to make a good faith attempt to respond by phone to clear up the matter. Instead, I get half-hearted attempts with no follow up from Zumper. This is now going on 5 months with not a single person calling me to refund the monies taken from my business.Below is the original complaint that still holds true to date:Zumper has wrongly charged my account for 4 months for services that I never asked for. When trying to contact them to cancel, it was met with many transfer and no reply to emails and phone calls. I have called and left messages multiple times a day along with filed on their website to have the fees reversed with no response. This has been going on for close to a month.Business response

Please reference case # *******. We have been in communications with the complainant about the charges in question. A voicemail was left on 11/24. Complainant requested to be contacted after 4pm Eastern Time to which, we honored and left another message.
Zumper is not able to process a refund until the complainant completes the setup of their Tipalti account in order to properly issue a refund of the funds. Unfortunately there is no working around this step. Once this is completed, we will gladly issue a refund.
