      Yesterday 12/6/21 at 4:09pm my lyft Driver had no mask on and began to vape while driving and a terrible smell in the car, I have allergies and whatever was in the car gave me an allergic reaction, began to cough and walk out with a soar troath till today I still dealing with it.

      This place is absolutely the worst ride app ever! Not only do they make you put in multiple cards to verify supposedly, I bought 60$ lyft cash and when I tried to use it, they suspended my account!!! And customer service is a **** joke! They are ignorant and unhelpful and just ignore my replies. I want my money back

      This company has serious app problems and the drivers know it to. Their GPS has drivers going in circles ,is not up to date with road conditions. Dec 4th I caught a ride to work we have a bridge out ,I told the driver she still drove that way then adjusted at last minute the ride was 30 something, that's not it I caught a Lyft home at 4:08pm verified my driver and all once again GPS had him going in circl s untill finally I just used mine. But in route home I notice the app was sending more drivers to pick me up at work I called one and told her I already had a ride. The car I got as in somehow my ride got drop off his app so he DROPPED ME OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HE ROAD. The app was steady sending drivers to my kids 4 in total that's when I notice more money missing form my account and my ride is his morning was now showing *****. This company has no human contact and full of s*** . I use occasionally to get my daughter's ride what if it would have happ n to them I would be in jail. This company is dishonest and greedy as many drivers tell me. I want my money back Lyft. And thanks for the HORRIFIC experience as the driver got violent with h me like it is as my fault their app screwed up. The government need to Audit and regulate the hear companies

      I had bad experience with left car service, They charged me ***** CAD for **** km the ride took 6 minutes. I talk with there customer service and they said we understand your situation but we cannot refund the extra money !!. I have been using this app since 2020 and I will definitely delete this app and advise my friends not using it.

      My experience as a driver for Lyft has been terrible. They dont honor their promotions. They dont care about driver safety. And their customer service department is nonexistent. I wouldnt recommend becoming a driver for them.

      ***** in ********* **** never even got to meet the gentleman because as soon as he pulled into the parking lot and saw our service animal he stopped about 100 yards away from us clearly seeing us paused refused our ride and drove off leaving us stranded for another hour for a decent driver. This man didn't even have the decency to pull up and discuss the situation with us! Just choose to strand us. We contacted lyft costumer support once we reviewed their rules on service animals! Their rule is a driver is now allowed to refuse a service animal for any reason! Lyft choose to do absolutely nothing about this! We are taking them to the ******** My advice to anyone with a service animal use uber or a local taxi!!! Worst and most inconsiderate company ever!!!!!

      I was a driver for them for almost 4 years and some ****+ rides with a 5-star rating. No more! I had to stop driving for Lyft due to safety concerns. I had a bad driver experience and Lyft would not pay for the damage I received after a customer hit my car for refusing a 3 hour round trip on a Sunday night at around 10 pm. Lyft uses a queue box when receiving rides and doesn't tell you how far the ride is until you get to the person wanting the ride. If I had known I would not have accepted a long ride knowing I had to work the next day. Lyft put me in that situation in which I had to tell them I couldn't take them and that they would have to get someone else. The customer got mad and ask why I accepted the ride then. I tried to explain the queue to no avail. The customer tried to argue and explain to me that they could not get another ride being so late on Sunday because like me other drivers had to go to work the next day. I tried to explain I was sorry but, I still could not take the ride plus I was tired and had been driving all weekend. After that, I canceled the ride and was getting ready to drive away when her arguing friend hit my car. After a week of dealing with Lyft through email because they have no real customer support with you can talk live with someone. They told me that they would not be paying for damages even after I sent them 7 pictures. Guess I will have to seek small claims court for damages. Lyft sees no part in why it's their fault this happened being the queue does not work well in letting drivers choose if they want to drive long distances. Most of the drivers are part-time and this can be a problem. I had to accept that Lyft doesn't care about drivers or their cars.

      I recently purchased a $40 lyft gift card and loaded it into my account since I have done this I have been unable to use it or get a ride. I depend on Lyft to get around. I have reached out multiple times with no resolution I was also told I cant use it and I wont be able to get it back or refunded I just want my money back at this point and I was told I couldnt even send it to my mother for her Lyft account to use ***********************
