The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On May 2, 2022 the Medical Board of California filed an interim suspension order and order against Jennings Staley. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of state law prohibiting the use of cocaine which is in violation of the conditions of his pre-trial release agreement. Jennings’ Physician’s and Surgeon’s certificate (C 54121) is immediately restricted and prohibited from practicing medicine in the State of California, which shall remain in effect until a final decision and order is issued on a forthcoming Accusation.
The matter is pending.
