On April 28th 2020, Amada Franchise, Inc. entered into a consent order with the California Department of Business Oversight. The Order settles allegations that the business failed to amend its Franchise Disclosure Document and sold one franchise in September of 2019 without disclosing the Salucci v. Amada Senior Care, Inc., et al., case . Under terms of the order, the business alongside company CEO Jefferson and President Fotheringham agreed to pay a penalty of $10,000.
