Like many people who filed a complaint regarding Natera's billing methods, I have the same issue. I was advised a cost of $349 for the the Horizon and Panorama tests. The **** was more than $14,000. I called more than five times in attempt to dispute and resolve the cost. Each time I was told a different amount by a different employee. I was told differently by a supervisor as well. It seemed as if nobody documented anything during each call I made. While still in dispute of the amount due by me with Natera, they sent me to collections, which to me is nothing less than an extortion method. I have great credit score and I have never missed a ****. This is damaging to me and my credit score. I have been dealing with this throughout my pregnancy and even after my child has been born. As a mother of a two months old and a four years old this experience has been taxing physically and mentally. This is nothing but a scam by this company. Due to the limited space here, I have included a document breaking down what occurred during each phone call since it started. I am and have always been wiling to pay the $349 cost that I was initially told by Natera's representative. I would like them to immediately remove me from collections and address it in my credit report.
