On their website, axiomgenesis.com, Axiom Genesis makes various weight loss and health claims about their products, including claims such as claiming their "Trifecta system drives your body into a state of fat burning, supporting healing in your metabolism, hydrating your body at the cellular level, balances hormones and healthy metabolic function, provides antioxidant support for cell protection from free radicals, assists the body's natural healing functions, provides cognitive support, boosts enzyme activity and supports healthy digestive function".
According to the BBB Code of Advertising, “Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data (https://www.bbb.org/code-of-advertising).
In December of 2020, BBB wrote to Axiom Genesis requesting substantiation for the health claims of their products, or that they discontinue the health claim advertisements. As of today’s date the company has not submitted valid substantiation or modified their health claim advertisements.
