16squarez.com is not responsible for ANY damages or problems that may occur while installing any product we sell. We do not offer any returns on internal products including but not limited to LCD Screens, Hard Drives, Pads, Buttons, LCD windows, PC boards, screws and cables. Hard Drives and LCD screens are all tested before shipping. At all times we will help guide you while installing products although we can not guarantee that we will be able to help with all installations. Please keep this in mind when purchasing products from us.

RETURN POLICY:
Periodically something may go wrong with a shipment and you may wish to return an item. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you; please contact us via e-mail to discuss the circumstances before returning any parts. Our customer service department (sales@16squarez.com) will issue a Return Authorization Number which MUST accompany any return. Unauthorized returns will not receive credits – and buyer must pay to have item returned to them.
1. No returns will be accepted on open merchandise.
2. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the Sales date or on special-order merchandise.
3. No returns on custom orders.
4. Electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances, (unless agreed upon by both parties).
5. Items which have been installed are not returnable under any circumstances. Just because they did not fix your problem does not make them returnable, just contact us and I’m sure we will work something out.
Restocking Fees: While we don’t normally charge a restocking fee for authorized returns on in stock items, we reserve the right to charge a 35% restocking charge for any non-defective return or any special order part.
