                   RETURN & REFUND POLICY

          1. Premium Used Auto Parts does not cover any labor costs for all items sold.
          2. Things that are modified or removed to test will not be returned.
          3. Items returned that aren’t the original item delivered will not be returned. Parts are uniquely identified by the markings on the part. Returns that are not in the same condition as when they were shipped excluding items damaged during shipping and confirmed by a Parts Specialized at Premium Used Auto Parts.
          4. All issues must be reported in the form of a letter sent by mail, email or FAX in order to determine if there is the issue with a specific piece of equipment.
          5. In case of a broken or defective part, please contact our customer care department at 1-800-606-1107 within 24 to 48 hours from the time you received the package, or do not accept the package from the shipper.
          6. Do not send the part back before you have received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
          7. The return of the part to the buyer and Premium Used Auto Parts must be supplied with a return tracking number once it is sent back.
          8. The item has to be returned within 7 business days from receiving the RMA. Parts should be delivered to the address given upon receipt of the RMA.
          9. Items returned to premium used auto parts will be delivered to the correct address as stated in the RMA instructions at the cost of the customer.
          10. 10.When the item is returned we’ll gladly provide an entire refund of the purchase price in its original form or issue a replacement part. When the item is returned it will be checked and if approved, the credit request will be sent to the accounting department. Refunds to customers are granted after the item returned is inspected and verified.
          11. 11.If a customer refuses to accept the package or does not respond to calls / emails from the shipping company or premium used auto parts , the customer has to bear 25% restocking fee and two way shipping cost. Premium used auto parts is nowhere responsible for it.
          12. 12.If a customer cancels an order and doesn’t want a replacement part, Premium Used Auto Parts reserves the right to impose a 25% restocking fee and defer shipping costs for refunds.

          PREMIUM USED AUTO PARTS 30 DAY WARRANTY

          Premium Used Auto Parts focuses this warranty on damaged parts or items sent in error, covering parts exclusively. However, no labor costs are covered for any sold items. In the event of a damaged part, the company endeavors to replace it; if no replacement is available, a full refund will be offered. For customers canceling orders without wanting a replacement, a 25% restocking fee and deferred shipping costs for refunds may apply. Likewise, if a customer orders the wrong part and wishes to return it, a 25% restocking fee and deferred shipping costs for refunds may be imposed. Additionally, if a customer orders a part and later decides to cancel the order, a 25% restocking fee may be applied, with the option to defer shipping costs during refund processing.

          Engine Warranty Requirements:

          • To ensure your engine warranty remains valid, follow these steps.
          • Replace the timing belt and all external seals (like crank seals, cam seals, and gaskets).
          • Transfer all accessories from your old engine to the new one.
          • Install a new water pump.
          • Clean the intake thoroughly and inspect inside for any loose nuts or bolts.
          • Check the cooling system for leaks and install a new thermostat. Use a 50/50 mix of antifreeze.
          • Change the oil and filter before starting the engine and every 3000-5000 miles.
          • Ensure the engine doesn’t knock, smoke excessively, or use too much oil. Internal parts like the block, pistons, and valves are covered under warranty.

          Failure to follow these guidelines, such as using incorrect fluids or improper installation, can void the warranty.

          To claim warranty, customers must submit installation and diagnostic reports, along with any applicable photos and videos.

          The company does not guarantee any sensors, carrier bearings, U joints, CV joints, ball joints or wiring harnesses.
