Pattern of Complaint:
In May of 2017 BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations. Complainants often allege that after canceling their gym membership they are assured that the company will stop taking payments from their customer's credit cards, but the monthly charges continue. BBB contacted the company on multiple occasions requesting what steps the company may take to eliminate the basic cause of the pattern of complaint, but as of June 30, 2017 the company has not responded.
