On December 10, 2018, The State of Washington Department of Financial Institutions issued a Amended Statement of Charges and Notice of Intent to Enter Order to Cease and Desist against Party Princess International LLC. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of state law prohibiting offering and selling franchises while making untrue statements of material fact or omitting to state material facts necessary to make the statement made, by offering and selling Party Princess International franchise without being registered with the state, and failing to provide a franchise disclosure document.
The matter is pending.
