According to BBB files, this company's record shows that the company has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers receiving an "official-looking" document requesting information which they believed to be an official invoice. On December 2, 2014 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and the pattern of complaints we have received. Unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.
