          Top Tech Electronics came to BBB’s attention in March 2020. A review of the company was done in April 2020.  Based on BBB files this company has a pattern of complaints. Consumers state they order laptops from the company and never receive. In some cases laptops are received but are defective. Consumers also state that tracking numbers provided are not valid and that requested refunds are not processed or received, when defective laptops are returned.  Complaints state that consumers are unable to reach the company by phone or email.

          Top Tech Electronics was notified and asked to address the above concerns as well as explain their connection to Lifeline Computer Repairs, located in Dover, OH, Legacy Media Solutions in Evansville, IN and Life Line Technology, Inc.

          To date the company has not responded.
