          BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning issues with delivery of online orders. Customers have indicated company has an estimated delivery time frame. Complaints indicate that after the given time period customer  items are not delivered. Customers wait more weeks and even months for items. Customers are also reporting trying to reach out to the company regarding the delivery issues but the company does not respond. Some consumers do get a response but they indicate it is only excuses provided by the company regarding why delivery has not happened. Others indicate the company stops responding and they never receive their purchase. On February 17, 2022 BBB notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of consumer complaints. As of today, the business has not responded to our request.
