On September 21, 2020, Sergio Nicolas Ducoulomber and My liquid Hedge Fund Dba Liquid Hedge Aka Liquid Currencies, was issued a Desist and Refrain Order with the Department of Business Oversight. The order settles allegations that the defendants engaged in investment adviser services in the state of California without being registered with the Commissioner and offered, sold and effected transactions in securities in the form of various stocks through at least six different consumer's investment accounts. Under terms of the order, the Respondents are ordered to Cease and Desist from conducting business as a broker-dealer, unless and until certification has been made.
