As of today's date, BBB has not received a response from the company. - Advertising Review:BBB also wrote to the business requesting that the company’s return policy be clearly and conspicuously disclosed on their website. The website currently advertises, "Returns are on us” without any terms and conditions. BBB has received several reports that getting returns is very difficult.
