          Pattern of Complaint:

          BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning online orders of care packages. Specifically, customer complaints allege customers place orders for a care package from the company website. The company charges their credit card immediately upon placing their order. Some customers allege they never receive their packages, others allege they receive only part of their order or the incorrect items. Customers have also indicated they waited months for their packages to be shipped. Customers attempt to contact the company regarding missing, incorrect items or to request a refund and they receive either excuses from the company or no response at all. Many costumers reported never receiving a refund even after the company indicated they would issue one. 

          On April 3, 2018 BBB notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of consumer complaints. As of today, the business has not responded to our request.
