About This Business

Our philosophy is the all-encompassing idea that we are all "Mamas"… women of all ages, shapes, fitness levels, and sizes.
We are a "bootcamp" in the sense that we are a group that does outdoor workouts together with a coach. Our philosophy replaces the scary reputation of traditional bootcamp with encouragement and camaraderie, while still offering a workout that is challenging for many different levels of fitness. 
You will train with a group of like-minded women, but your daily training program will be customized just for you by your personal coach.

We also provide SoulCamp.com, all inclusive yoga retreats in Bali, Sayulita & Lake Tahoe. 

New Addition to our program is Corporate Wellness to help with productivity and enlightenment in the workplace.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Mama Bootcamp Membership - Require a 30 day notice. Once you contact us through info@mamabootcamp.comwith a written request to cancel your membership. Your next scheduled payment will be your final payment. Your membership will expire 30 days after your final payment. 

SoulCamp - Return Policy:

Do to the nature of the retreats we are unable do any refunds/returns on the deposit or full amount paid. Each SoulCamp is unique making the purchase specific to the retreat selected. No moving to a different SoulCamp.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Soulcamp, including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Soulcamp.
“We” refers to Soulcamp.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To join the retreat we recommend travel insurance..  Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION.
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
We love WorldNomads.com  as this covers you for all activities during a Soulcamp.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, Soulcamp does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.
Fees are determined by the following schedule:

If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. 
Soulcamp CANCELLATION POLICY
While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if Soulcamp must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
Soulcamp is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
