- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Refunds are only offered if a service cannot be completed due to weather or emergency client schedule change. The client must notify JJ's Mobile Detail of the change at least 12hrs before the scheduled appointment. If not, the client will be charged 50% of the total bill. Before refunds are given we ask for a chance to reschedule the service to another agreed upon date and time. If another date cannot be made and the 12hr requirement has been met 100% refund will be issued. All services require a deposit based on the service requested, that deposit is included into the total cost and not in addition too. The deposit will not be refunded if the client is late for the scheduled appointment.
