On April 9, 2020 the Contractors State License Board filed an Accusation against William McVeigh dba Aqua Artist. The accusation alleges that McVeigh performed services out of his contractor classification; departed from or disregarded the plans and specifications; failed to comply with provisions of the law regarding home improvement contracts and other contract violations; failed to complete the project for the contract price; abandoned the project; and failed to include his contractor's license number on an advertisement.
