On July 19, 2017 The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a complaint against Fruition Inc and the owners, Troy Joseph Flowers and Sean Paul Nevett. They are accused of fraud in the connection with the purchase and sale of securities, fraud in the offer or sale of securities, and manipulation of securities prices. The Securities and Exchange Commission requests the Court to prohibit the defendants from participating in any offering of penny stock, to pay civil penalties, and to disgorge their ill-gotten gains.
