- Government Actions:Government Action: BBB reports on known government actions involving business’ marketplace conduct:Office of the Attorney General Connecticut vs Integrity Admin Group (Enforcement Action)
The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.
On May 5, 2023 Integrity Admin Group chose to enter into an assurance of voluntary compliance with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. The assurance settled allegations that marketing letters used by the businesses’ independent sellers created a misleading sense of urgency and authority. Under terms of the assurance, Integrity Admin Group agreed to pay the Department $10,000.00 for investigative costs. Integrity Admin Group also took measures to ensure that any independent sellers who may send letters to consumers in the future promoting its administrative services do not raise similar concerns with the Department. Integrity Admin Group agreed to enter into the assurance for settlement purposes only, it did not admit to any violations of law, and there were no findings of wrongdoing by Integrity Admin Group. The assurance should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
This action is final.
