          Organic Choice Services came to BBB’s attention in February 2021. A review of complaints was completed in November 2024. Based on BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaints. Complaints processed by BBB state the price charged to consumers drastically increased from the price initially quoted, only accepting Zelle as a way of payment (not giving consumers a way to dispute charges), poor quality of work and consumers not able to reach anyone when reaching out to resolve their issues.

           

          BBB has reached out to Organic Choice Services to address BBB’s concerns. To date, the company has not responded to our request.
