On October 17, 2022, Christine McConnaughay entered into a Consent Order with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. The Consent Order settles allegations that the Christine McConnaughay failed to have the required office signage at the place of business, maintained an excess of $3,000 in the clients trust account, and failed to exercise reasonable supervision and control over the activities for which a license is required of a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership on behalf of which the broker acts as designated broker. Under terms of the Consent Order, Christine McConnaughay was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $2,000.
